Location of TCU on '00 Golf 2,0

Location of Transmission Control Module on '00 Golf 2,0
Anyone know? TCM always acts up if engine gets wet and I have a feeling it's the loom connections. Any directions to said Transmission Control Module and it's wiring would be greatly appreciated!!!!

What are you calling the TCU? There is a Transmission Control Module (TCM).

I'm glad you've clarified what you mean? If you have a problem with the TCM may be your should have your vehicle scanned with VAG-COM\VCDS to see if any error codes come back. You can post the error code numbers or use my https://volkswagenforum.com/forum/ge...oftware-34973/ to see what they mean?
