Intermittent failure to turn over
My 2001 GTI is doing this intermittent nonstarting. The car will be driving for a bit, runs fine, I shut it off, a couple minutes later it will not restart. Cranks, does not turn. Eventually the car will turn over with a rough idle. It will then restart if shut off.
Dealership did not find any non start codes in the system. Any ideas?
