Smile i washed the diesel engine at car wash with engine running

The engine was a little greasy so took to car wash to rinse with wax while engine running.. made it back home then died. it cranks but will not start anymore. Help!!

Check for wet or damaged fuses, relays, spark plugs, and ignition coils. Make sure no water entered the air intake or sensors. Dry any affected components thoroughly before attempting to start the engine again.
