How to turn of headlight washers without vagcom?

One of my headlight washers does retract fully and i dont have the cable to turn it off through vagcom is there any other way? like taking the fuse our something to stop them coming out?

Hi, I think you need Airbag reset to help you turn off the light. As I know you have VAG-COM, you can buy a Professional diagnostic tools of VAG, such as VAS 5054A. Or any other VAG felated tools.
