Default Golf 4 GTI 1.8T

Hi

i've got an unusuall qiestion. i bought a golf with 1.8T engine from 2001 with stainless steel exauhst and R32 bodykit on it, 18' aloys and angel eyes at front. i am wondering what i have to declare with my insurance company so it wont cost me a fortune. i've got reciet for exauhst, headlights and bodykit i think was on it originaly, is it possible that factory could fit on that golf r32 bodykit for extra price? and if yes do i have to declare that in my policy? thats how it looks like:
