hey guys iv got a mk 4 golf 1.4 16v coilys nice 18s on rs8s but want it faster as had turbo an gti before but need to keep this for cuple o years till get ma r32.... wot can i do to make it faster/quicker???? or if cant wot engine can i put in to replace current one and wot else wud i need cheers

 

please use proper grammar and spelling, i had trouble understanding what you were trying to say! For now i would chip the ecu, do cam work, install an aftermarket cold air intake and if you want about 10-12 hp gain take out the air conditioning condensor

 

The 1.4 Golf is one of the smallest they make was that by choice or other things?

Buy one with a bigger engine.

 

sorry eurostat20 and where does the cold air intake go an come from????? is it from the manifold to air filter???? and is a panel filter any good ???
