hi wondering if anyone can help ive got a mk3 golf engine code AEE ive just fitted a new piston and bearing shells put the engine back together and now the engine wont turn with the starter motor or by trying to turn it with a spaner .starter motor is fine even tryed taking the spark plugs out to see if it would turn any easer but its stll all tight. anyone got any ideas what could be wrong could it just be because of the new piston needing worn in

ah forget about it no help here.

 

Did you put oil in it? lolol......perhaps the piston is to big or something siezed in the motor.

Take it apart again and go over the whole engine.

 

did you torque everything to specs?
