Hi all I'm new here and I have a little problem. Once I strat my 1.4 98'Golf it runs well for the first half hour or so, but after that the engine cuts out. This normally happens when I apply the brakes and clucth at the same time. Therefore I have to push the clucth in all the way first and once I have done this and coasted for a while Iapply the brakes and the engine would not cut. But this is not a good sollution can someone please advise.
