Anybody know how I can attach a European style license plate bracket to the front bumper of a 2010 Golf? I have all the mounting hardware, but it didn't come with any instructions. It looks like you have to get behind the front bumper, to hold washers, and nuts for the bolts to go through, but I can't figure out how to get behind the front bumper.
