1999 Golf Shifter
 

Hello all

I am looking to replace the shifter knob hopefully with aftermarket and I have a couple of questions. I took off the boot and cut the brass clip and I was expecting something to screw off but the know pulled straight off.

Are there any aftermarek knobs that fit the same way or would I have to fabricate something up since all of the knobs I see are screw on types.

i have seen slide on ones they have a set screw on the side that pinches it to the rod
