Please help, i have a broken 16V KR golf piston, i am unable to source one from the dealers as they are now extinct. i have a 8 valve engine from a golf, would these pistons work????. please help me o gods of knowledge. i am very new to this game, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if that would work, but you could find one in a salvage yard or junk yard somewhere. The dealer can't get them for you? I don't think they are the same size pistons in the motor are they? I wold def find out for sure before going further.....but what I would do is hunt around for a junk yard that may have one...or maybe even a race shop or import shop somewhere. Did you try some OEM sites??
