03 Golf Problem Running Rough

I just got an 03 Golf from CarMax and have been having a couple problems. When I first got the car I realized the lights flickered when I pressed down on the brakes or used any accessory really so I brought it back and they replaced the alternator, battery, the booster vacuum line. Now the car is intermittently idling rough and the check engine light comes on. Sometimes the light flashes and I looked that up in the manual and it has to do with the catalytic converter. The car also feels like it has a small sputter when it is accelerating on hills. I have an appointment with carmax to have it looked at again because its still under the 30 day warranty.

I also had autozone look at the check engine error codes so I could research the problem before I gave up my car to carmax. I just want to be an informed consumer. The printout from them is below. Any help would be great! Thanks

I think it's probably as simple as a vacuum leak.

It also seems to be weather related, when it rains it tends to get worse. Sorry I forgot to mention that. I was looking around online, could it be the ignition coil acting up?

Yes that's probably it. Take a spray bottle with water in it and spray the coil or coils while it's running and see what happens.
