VW Cabrio condensation problem

Hello,

I bought a used 2001 Cabrio GLX convertible on 9/10/11, and is now the end of October. I live in Buffalo, NY and now that the weather is getting colder I have a HUGE condensation problem. At one point this week I had to scrape frost in the outside AND inside of my car. Besides that, I have notice that both the front, passenger, and driver side windows always have frost in the morning. I have checked my carpet's and there is no water and nothing is wet.

As this is a convertible that will be driven in the winter, how can I fix this issue? Thanks, Jade

Check your A/C condensation drain and make sure it's not plugged. The drain should be under a large silver "U" shaped flap on the fire wall in the engine compartment. Look on the left centerfacing the car about 1 - 2 feet down the fire wall. Under this flap you should find a rubber flap make sure it isn't clogged or sealed shut.
