Hello guys

my name is Rafael Espin and the English it’s my second language a lot of bad grammar hope don’t bother you.

finally I bought one of my dream cars a 1999.5 I believe Volkswagen cabrio manual transmission from a old lady who’s only drove the car in summer she’s storage the car the whole winter ( Wisconsin) like 5 months be exact.

Couple issues the roof won’t work have to do manually

glove box won’t open

the original stereo have a SAFE I need to code.. I’m about to replace with a aftermarket radio

she said the one of the belts need to be tight because make a noise when i turn the steering wheel... just when the car it’s parked.

need brakes. Can’t find it on eBay

other than that it’s good

honestly I don’t how or where to start a little info here and there about this car.

The first thing I did was tune up oil change etc.

paint correction

bought a little muffler.

I want to lowered a little bit like 1.4 all around can you guys help me with this...

and pretty much that’s it.

Hope you guys can help me out with this this car it’s the same as golf or Jetta like suspensión etc ??

It's a 2.0 Automatic from Texas https://www.instagram.com/aldebaran_vw/
