it's protruding a little bit (not in all the way) and doesn't open the door. I'm wondering if anyone knows witch piece is broken and what i need to replace... also the key tumbler is missing and i must use a screwdriver having trouble getting alarm to stay off and window controls working I believe I need a new Lock Actuator.
