Hydraulic fitting for the covertible piston

One of my left side pistons hydraulic hose popped off of the fitting? Can I replace the fitting or do I need to replace the complete hose?

Some places can put a new fitting on hydraulic hoses, but I recommend to just get a new hose. Hydraulics work with very high pressure, so I always prefer new hoses.
