Default Help needed for 1998 Cabrio

Brought 1998 cabrio - love it but have some problems. Brakes were causing concern so took it to VW dealership who sorted them out however they told me I have a leak in both my radiator and coolant pipe. Brought new radiator from dealer, but, having looked under bonnet tonight I don't seem to have a leak in either but do have leak from engine - see photo. Can anybody help and tell me what I am looking at and is it bad? Thanks

I can't see in the picture just what is leaking. However, my car was leaking around the watermanifold, and I found out it was cracked. Easy fix to replace the water manifold, and only a few $.
