Default Cabrio Thumping sound?

Car is 1999 VW Cabrio GLS, 2.0, 5 speed manual.

When I first start my car, and get going in forward, there is a thumping sound that I hear near the passenger seat area. It only really occurs during the first 2-3 minutes of driving, and after that it basically goes away. (see video)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1jxO...ature=youtu.be

Not sure if this is related, but the check engine light is on, because of code with secondary air pump, and the oil light is flashing, and it was doing that after I topped it off with full synthetic oil. The steering wheel has been hard to turn, but I know I need to get a new belt because its too stretched out and not gripping the power steering pump pulley or the water pump pulley.

My main concern now is with that noise, any ideas?

Its hard to tell from that short video but to me it sounds like a driveshaft.

You need to post the error codes you have found?
