95 cabrio

the manual vent control doesn't move to all spots. i have access to the fan/temp/vent controls but don't see why it's not working. any suggestions?? thanks in advance.

Is it a vacuum system?

Have you checked for vacuum leaks?

Vent issues

It is not a vac. system, strictly cables. i ended up going to a junkyard and got a controll assembly for twenty bucks from a 96 jetta that was an exact fit. Installed and works great. thanks for the reply.
