2001 Cabrio steering rack replacement difficulty and purchase

Is there a post someone can direct me to how to replace the steering rack in 2001 Cabrio GLX w/auto tranny? In addition, anyone know of where to purchase new or rebuilt rack at reasonable price? Thanks in advance for your help.
