2001 cabrio: No tach, gas, temp guages working

They were working and then they were not. All fuses good. Pulled instrument cluster and resoldered all the leads I could find. Still doesnt work. Is there a relay or another fuse box somewhere? Is it the processesor on the board? Do I have to buy another?
