Default 2000 Cab won't start aka the worst christmas ever

I don't know whats up but my car won't try to turn over or anything. We changed the starter and it started up fine and ran for a few days then wouldn't start again. We replaced the starter again thinking it couldve been a defective one and it started up fine with the same results. So now Im back at square one with it not starting. Any ideas? Batteries been tested and is fine.

Thanks for the welcome and reply. I've tested that and there is power going to the starter. I'm really at a loss here as to what it could be. I keep seeing ignition switch, but like i said once i put the starter on it runs fine for a couple days and then quits.
