1997 Cabrio rear power window dash switch
 

All the windows go up and down from the key in either door lock. The right rear dash switch will not work with the engine running. If I turn off the ignition and work the windows with the key, the dash switch will operate the window; until the car is started then nada. The wiring diagrams in the Bentley manual are in tiny print.
