Help, my 2001 VW beetle will not go faster that 60 mphs. On wet rainy days, it will not even do 60...
I have removed and cleaned the intake. I also replace timing chain, however, I could not set the timing. The car has 210,000 on it. Diesel Turbo TDI....

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

who repaced the BELT you need some spec. tools to set the cam and pump up properly
sounds like your pump timing is off
