Default Replacing Factory Radio in a 2006 Beetle

Hi everyone. I am brand new here, and a brand new Beetle owner. I have a 2006, and I want to replace the factory (Monsoon?) radio with a new one that has a USB outlet to plug my iPhone into. Are there certain radios that are better than others, and would a place like Best Buy be able to install it? Thanks!

Default New Stereo, but...

I had the stereo replaced. Best Buy installed it. Will it cause issues with error codes to be read? I have heard both sides, yes and no.
