Okay, so my right light I guess came off the adjustor thing. Is there an easy fix for this? Can I manually adjust the headlight somehow? I really don't want to take the bumper off and take everything apart..... Is there any way around it? If I took it to the dealer for service, could I just ask for them to adjust the headlights, and they fix it? Or will they come back saying I need a new light?

I don't have a Beetle workshop manual have you thought of getting one?

Other than that you carefully remove the headlamp and see where the adjusting screws fit.
