Coverting struts to beam style front end

Hi there everyone. I have been working on my 71 vw converable that has the strut style suspension like all supers and convertables. Im now wanting to but a dune buggy body on but need to covert it to a beam style. Is there anyone out there that has done this before or has any knowledge about doing this. even any web sights that may have info would help. thank you very much.

Don't know of a conversion, the pan is totally different. However
if you have the equipment and the know how you can do anything.
But sounds like it would be like installing a Mustang front end
on a Buick. just not practical.
