Coolant leak at Oil Cooler?

I have 2006 VW Beetle with the 2.5 engine. It is leaking coolant from the top of the oil cooler/oil filter assembly.(see video link). Does anyone know what is broken? I can fix it, but already swapped the thermostat housing, thinking that was the problem..

That video doesn't show any oil leak only water.
