What the difference between a beetle and a super beetle? I just got a beetle and trying to get some good info on these things. Where are good places to buy replacement parts and performance parts also? What are some good books and catalogs to read?

So the super beetle has struts on the front, instead of the beams i guess? And longer arms? What are the motor differences between the two? Pro and cons about a reg. and super beetle? Thanks

 

motors are the same
i dont like the super thet seem to have more front end problems. They shimmy very bad if anything is slightly worn
they do have a better heater in them if you find one that the fan still works in it
