beetle cabrio green problem

beetle cabrio green problem
Hi can anyone help me. I have a beetle 03 cabrio. I love it. I have been using autoglym cabriolet roof shampoo and protector. I have notice some small green patches on my roof. I think it maybe moss or something. Anyway I am really struggling to wash it off
any advice?
