Greeting. I'm new to the forum and I'm looking for some advice.

I'm currently in Iraq, but I'm in the process of getting a 99 Turbo Beetle. All the paperwork and everything should be done by the time I return in a couple weeks.

I'm wondering what's the most cost-effective way to improve fuel mileage. I'm not talking about driving conservatively or whatever, I'm talking aftermarket parts. Money isn't really an issue, but I don't want to get carried away spending needlessly.
