Default 98 volkswagen beetle radiator support carrier

Hi Guys,
My names david. I've enclosed 2 pictures of the damage done to the bug to give you guys an idea of what's my problem. I'm looking for some advice on what im missing to fix the lower grille on my sisters 98 bug. She ran over a split tire on the freeway and messed up bottom grille. I think I have to replace the radiator support carrier or is it called a radiator support bracket or are they the same thing because it was damaged also in the collision. Can someone confirm this for me or guide me in the right direction of what im missing? Ive already bought the grille molding and also the bottom grille mesh that broke off as well. Also is the job fairly easy to do on changing the radiator support carrier? Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks again guys, David.

The front grille is made up from 6 parts but if you have bought another grille then thats ok. I can't make out from that second pic what the bent piece of steel is you say its the radiator mounting. There appears to be a cross member.

Google this number.

If you can make out any other parts missing from that picture let me know.
