68 sedan Vs 74 super vert

I have a 74 super vert that has quite alot of rust ; around the area where windshield goes, rear storage deck, both heater channels and floor pans plus a new top(haven't dismantled frame yet).
My 68 needs heater channels and floor pans plus most of the suspension need repair. I just got body off 68 which shows me alot more. Not sure how to remove body from vert yet wating on some input, but suspension doesn't look as bad as 68.
Question which would be a better end vehicle as a daily driver?
How hard to find parts for the super( I'm not having much luck yet)??
Thanks for your input

RE: 68 sedan Vs 74 super vert

I have a 73 Super I did an off-body resto eight years ago. I started to get parts from Motoworks (out of Colorado),until I found a guy who had recently started a store specializing in air-cooled vw's (www.happysauto.com). The only concern I would have with using the convertible as a daily driver would be the weatherhow well your top will hold up or how well protected it would be from the elements. I would tend to use the sedan as adaily driver because I would hate to put a convertible top through the daily abuse.
