2007 Beetle 2.5 fuel pump won’t shut off
 

2007 Beetle fuel pump won’t shut off I’ve pulled the fuses and replaced with new in fuse panel on drivers side dash and checked fuses under hood all are brand new. Also pulled relays from under dash and cleaned with Emery cloth and sprayed contact cleaner it still won’t shut off until I disconnect positive battery cable. I have a new fuel pump to install and waiting on a new relay. Any other ideas I could check?? I appreciate the feedback
