2000 beetle lots of problems where to start

Have 9 codes: where do I start!
0725
1850
0103
0137
0300
0302
0303
0304
1780

Dealer wants 120 per hour to " diagnose" and with this many codes I think it might be cheaper to buy a different car!

I live in bay City MI.

Codes

I have checked my codes multiple times on different machines and the are always P followed by 4 numbers... What I found is as follows...
P0301 I found this to be a Cyl 1 Miss
P0725- Engine Speed Malfunction
P1850...Dont have rear heated seats... Online shows that this is for the TCM missing a message from the ECU
P0103 - Mass Airflow
P0137 - Shows to be an O2 sensor
P0300 -Random Miss
P0302 - Cyl 2 Miss
P0303 - Cyl 3 Miss
P0304 - Cyl 4 Miss
P1780... Dont have self leveling suspension... I find that its a TCM malfunction... whatever that means...1780 is for park/neutral switch malfunction.

These are what I found by googling the P number. I am sure the VAG com number is gonna give something different... or is it?

Just trying to figure this D@mn car out!!!!!!!
