I'm not a big VW fan, but my neighbor is selling a 2000 bug, 1.8 turbo and the thing is clean and loaded to the hilt...........with 100K miles. Looking for some insight as to what I can expect as far as possible problems down the road. I'm getting this car for my teenaged daughter as I don't feel comfortable letting her drive my GMC crew cab 4x4 truck. I've driven the bug and it runs like a raped ape and is a kick to drive.
