Would be it be possible to put an after market radio to the car?

21 one ppl have looked at my question and no one has answered. Does anyone know if an after market radio will affect the electrical system in the car?

Yes, it is possible. I was able to put an aftermarket one in my jetta.

I agree! I got one installed perfectly. You should first an electric mechanic about the model because there are certain aftermarket models that are incompatible to certain VW Beetle.
