1979 beetle reverse light switch location

Hello,

Just purchased a 1979 Beetle convertible. My reverse lights are not working. Can anyone tell me where the switch is located?

Did you say that there should be a fuse between the coil and the reverse switch? If so , what should the fuse rating be?
