1969 Beetle turn signal indicator on
 

The turn signal indicator in the speddometer of 1969 Auto-Stick betle glows continuously. The turn signals work properly, all of the bulbs work, and flipping the rear deforster switch has no effect. Whenever the ignition is on, th tunr signal indicator is on. Any suggestions? Thanks.
