I have here an H reg Volkswagen Golf fitted with an 1.6 turbo Diesel engine. Its a good reliable car with great economy but can shift when you need to without losing economy. It has been lowered by a mechanic (before I bought it) which improves handling. It has been fitted with GTI front end with the two extra spotlights and body skirts. There is also a tow bar and sunroof which doesn't leak.
It also has had a cherrybomb exhaust fitted but the backbox for the golf is included (if you don't want the cherrybomb, I can take it off just let me know)
Has recently passed an MOT although tax runs out at the end of the month, although this is going to be replaced if needed with 6 months tax.

The Good Points are:
Clean interior apart from one cigarette burn thats partly hidden and the driver seat is a bit dirty.
Good rust free body, needs two patches spraying to match bodywork. The paint work is still red and not gone pink
Sun roof doesn't leak
Nice sweet engine doesn't smoke, good on startup

The Bad points are:
The backbox need welding back on but this is being done
Passenger side rear wheel bearing could do with replacing as slightly noisy (part under £10 also i can replace for cost of part)
Sometimes hard to get into first gear but told this is an easy fix
Speedo not connected up at the moment, just needs plastic part that goes into the box

Other than that its a good comfy reliable car that is fun to drive and quite popular. Spares are easy to get hold of and cheap. Also if you into modified cars than this is an easy and cheap car to do but with the added bonus of an economical car.

Insurace is relativly cheap even though its lowered around £800 for a new driver I think.

There is one other thing, I am waiting for my logbook to arrive back on my new car so I can MOT and Tax it and need a car until then.
