I love this car and have treated it like family. It has been garaged all its life, body and paint in excellent condition. I am the second owner, bought it with 26k on it from the original owner, who im told also kept it garaged. I have all the stock pieces here, including factory floor mats and everything.

Regrettably I scratched the roof when I had a bike on top and ran it into an overhang. There is also a spot on the rear bumper where my air compressor waddled across the garage and touched the rubber part of the bumper trim. It's a beautiful car and an absolute joy to drive.

Given that only 1500 were made, an all original one with less than 100k is becoming very rare. Having said that, im open to offers and any input on fair list price.

Things you'll want to know:
- Clean title. No liens.
- Never been in a collision.
- Timing belt, water pump and all items associated with that work have been recently done by a professional shop that specializes in VW/German cars.
- I have two sets floor mats, the original stock (pictured) and rubberized GTI ones.
- I have the original owners manual and even the original window sticker from the dealer that was given to me by the original owner (pretty cool to have for a rare car like this).
- Yes, you get the roof rack with the car.
- There is a scratch in the roof. You can see it in the iamge of the roof rack. This is a deep scratch caused by running the bike on the roof into an overhang.
