I have a 1995 VW Jetta III available for showing today. It's in great shape and recently tuned up. White, 4-cyl, 5-speed, 130k miles, new suspension all around, Kenwood CD player. No need to replace anything emmission related...I've already done it all... This is what happens when the home mechanic is troubleshooting. No more check engine light...$1,000 later.

All emmissions components replaced; Mass air flow sensor, O2 sensor, knock sensor, ECU, Cap and rotor, Distributor, plugs, and wires.

where is located, what did you do to get the light to finally go out? which part did you change?
