Its a volks - karmen Ghia square back. As mentioned above its from late to mid 60's early 70's :).

It's not a Karmann ghia.
It's a type 3 Squareback or also known as the Varient

check out the samba
look up things on "Type 3" or "Varient"

It is a 70's model wagon. eventually named a Type 3 1600cc flat 4 moter under rear luggage area
