Maintenance key indicator
Hello guys.
I have VW Touran 1.6 diesel 2013.
Lately the maintenance key indicator pops up where the shift indicator is located on computer board. This happens after 30-40 minutes into driving. After I turn the engine off, the maintenance key disappears and pops up later on. There is no specific reason why it shows up. I would appreciate your help on this matter. Thank you.

The service/maintenance indicator shows on the MFD when its due for a service.
It depends how it was set on the PDI, 1 year or 10,000 miles or 2 years 20,000 miles.
When was it last serviced?
