Hey everyone, please take a few minutes....

A team of Business Graduate students at the University of Alabama is currently conducting research on the Car Buying Process/Experience from the consumer’s perspective. Please take a few minutes to answer some questions regarding your car experience by clicking on the following link.

RE: Hey everyone, please take a few minutes....

I can't seem to open the aforementioned url location, it says "This survey is not active at this time and cannot be taken.". But anyway, if your talking about experiences in Car buying both on line and direct... All I could say is that buying my VW Rabbit went really fast, smooth and fine at my dealer but when it comes to services and warranty issues in my VW Rabbit parts after the purchasing process is the complete reciprocal of the buying process itself and sometimes we would fell robbed everytime I'm gonna have car problems which is not under the warranty.. They would asked some bucks for parts and services that mostly my VW does not need...
