I have a 1986 Cabriolet. I have been experiencing problems with the start up when the engine is cold. I checked the filter and then went to the cold start value. I am getting fuel up to the value but nothing is spraying through the value. Is there another way to test to see if the value is bad and/or can I fix the value. Not sure if that is the problem. Hate to spend that kind of money on cold start and that is not the issue. Please Help!!!
