dealership antics...

Automax Volkswagen Killeen, TX and their IMMORAL acts..
[/align]I was in the market to buy a new car. Went to a few places, none really wanted to work with me or even come off the asking price at all.. So i ended up going to Killeen Automax.. Well I bought my 07 Jetta from them, got a decent deal on it, but yea service SUCKED.. I had a air leak in the driver side passenger door as well as the drivers door. They had the Brand New 07 Jetta 3 times.. Never was it fixed. I was told it was my imagination and that by putting on chrome door handles, that was what I was hearing.. Ok well de de deeee, Passanger side of the car, doors were tightened and actually had to slam the doors after they worked on it, just to get them to close.. Yea great workmanship..
Anyway Back to the EXPERIENCE of a lifetime..
Went back to Automax in Killeen, Tx. to look at a new 08 VW Jetta.. Well All they wanted to do was to get me into an 09.. I didnt want an 09. I wanted an 08 so I could get the 0% interest financing. I also drove a Mitshibishi Lancer.. Yea mistake. Drove great, horrible road noise.. Bearly could hear my dad talking right next to me going on the highway at 60.. It was definately a piece.. Got back from the test drive and I told the salesman, who yes bearly spoke english, that I wanted to talk with my dad and we would meet him inside. Not 10 steps away from the guy, he turns around and says " Do you want me to start the paperwork up"... UMM NO....
Well we went inside and sat down at the guys desk, as as we did there was a 2nd sales guy who was around the one that was supposedly helping us, well he jetted off as soon as we got there to sit down..
GET THIS..
We sit down, look at the guys phone, and ITS off the hook. not like off the hook, but just kicked up just enough and pulled over to have it not TOOOO noticable.. O the people next to us, around the pillar in the showroom, yea the phone at that desk was exactly the same way.. Yea the other guy was in the office in the back behind the big glass windows, just holding the phone and listening...
Our sales guy got up.. and Dad nudged me and pointed out the phone off like that.. Well when this guy came back. We started to tell him how bad the service was to get done right on the 07 Jetta that I had.. As we started, he grabbed the phone and put it back on the hook.. HMMM

IS this IMMORAL, or just a coincidence ???
I think its total BS and about the most immoral act ive seen at a car dealership yet..

Now with reading this.. What do you think about this.. ????
You tell me, Do you have any good things that have happened to you at a car dealership?
Is there not some kind of privacy act that they are supposed to be abiding by?
What kind of laws are there against this ????
