car diagnostic tool change driver's driving habits

With oil price climbing, more and more people worry,
I think a lot of fuel-efficient ways, but no ideal.
Colleague told me, the biggest fuel economy is the driver's driving habits.
He recommended me to buy a ECU Chip Tunning tool.
With this tool can look fuel consumption at any time.
Both save money and environmental protection.

Yes, car diagnostic tool is really good for driver. It's also a another DIY equipment that joins to your car OBD 2 pier, as well to the Check out Evaluate II. The difference here is that rather than study all the immediate information and numbers from your automobile, CarMD is created as a easy to use analytic device.

I know I'm late to this thread but this is the tool you want: https://www.automatic.com/ It was a kickstarter campaign that did well. This ties your ODBII port to your smartphone with an app that will give you real time data if your car supports the data stream.
