You will see "CONTROL PANEL" and under it, click My Subscription.

Those are the threads and sections you are subscribed to... you may uncheck the ones you don't want to stop receiving so many emails.

Get you activation email, it had link for un subscription.
If failed to find it, reset password.
It will also come with un subscription link.
Still have issue then apply email filter.
