my name is Kristin. Currently I am studying at the New College in Durham / UK. There I am writing my Bachelor project about the problems (concentrating on the marketing) which Volkswagen had with introducing the Phaeton in 2003/2004. Therefore I would ask everybody who is interested to follow the below-mentioned link which is a questionnaire concentrating on the wishes and requirements a possible consumer has.
